The 2012-2013 MiCASA Renewal Application is now live!
There is now a shortened version of the main application to fill out for returning families! You will still need to fill complete the Code of Conduct, Statement of Faith, and Participation Consent Form though.

• Membership dues for 6/1/12 through 5/31/13 are as follows:
  $25.00 per family + insurance fees per child
  
  
  Liability Insurance fee:
  $7.00 for each child 3 years and older

  3. Purpose & Statement of Faith
  4. Participation Consent Form

Applications are subject to approval. Families will be notified regarding the status of their application. If denied, the membership fee will be returned.
